PIN - Grounds Maintenance Services - Brough

This Prior Information Notice is for Accent to achieve Supplier interest. Accent are looking to procure high quality Grounds Maintenance services that provides value for money for our customers for a scheme based in the Brough HU15 - Yorkshire and The Humber area. The specification will be output based with an agreed amount of frequency's. Contract term will be 3 + 1 + 1, with extensions being subject to performance levels. On the schemes there is a mix of grassed areas, hard standing, shrubbery and bushes. The customers on this scheme are 55 years of age and above.
