PHG Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning

Progress Housing Group has a contractual obligation to provide our customers with a Communal cleaning and window cleaning service, therefore the business need is to ensure that any of the group wide properties that are eligible, receive a Communal cleaning and window cleaning service and the contractor (s) appointed, works to the specification set by the group. This will include tasks such as daily/weekly cleaning of Progress Housing offices and training rooms, cleaning of community centres, communal areas of blocks of flats and window cleaning.
