Public Health England (PHE) is seeking to commission an external partner to: a. use their own automated retinal image grading software (please see 2.2 software specification below) to re-grade 10,000 patient image sets from each of the 6 different local diabetic eye screening programmes identified (60,000 image sets in total) and from 3 different screening software; and b. provide a final spreadsheet of results (see table 1 below) for each of the 6 participating programmes.
