As a part of a planned sourcing activity, PHE (including its successors) and its invites expressions of interest from potential suppliers in the project described as follows. PHE (including its successors) has an on-going requirement to appoint framework suppliers to provide Sealability and Emergency Fumigation Services for its Containment Level 3 (CL3) and Level 2 (CL2) laboratories across different locations .
