The NHS England WT&E Pharmacy London team ran 9 Pharmacy workforce transformation projects in 2020/21, 3 in 2021/22 and currently supporting 4 projects for 2022/23. The projects enable local NHS / pharmacy organisation to innovate and develop novel models for educating/developing the pharmacy workforce, based on priorities outlined in the NHS Long Term Plan, NHS Educator Workforce Strategy, previous HEE mandate and business objectives of Pharmacy London. The projects we are aiming to fund for 2023/24 are aligned to the NHS England WTE business case with regard to workforce development.
