It is believed that The Heath Toilets were build sometime in the 1940-50s, and are built with traditional materials of brick and tiles with a typical layout of mens and ladies toilets as well as a disabled toilet and baby changing facility which was added sometime later. The plan for the refurbished Heath Toilets is to use the current structure, re-arranging the internal layout and extending to add further facilities such as an adult changing room as well as a large storage area for PTC use.
