Overview
The contractor shall rid the locations of the pests specified in ANNEX B2 (Appendix 1) On completing stage 1 to the satisfaction of the Trust the contractor shall carry out the visits to monitor and control pest infestations. The Contractor will also advise the Trust on potential sites for infestations and possible points of entry for pests and methods of prevention. Following the site survey, the Contractor must provide a schedule of work required to rid the premises of pests and of future visits to monitor pest activity.
