Tender for the procurement of personal safety alarm (PSA) services to support the most vulnerable / high risk of harm individuals. Tenderers should provide PSAs and relevant accessories and provide a 24 hour, 365 day (366 in leap years) monitored service that it is able to immediately meet any, and all PSA activations from users, or evidence an alternative method to ensure an immediate response to meet user need for support.
