Overview

The Foundation are tendering for the development of a pedagogic digital skills competency framework, with the aim that it will support educators from the FE and Skills sector in better exploiting edtech in their professional practice. The framework will act as a reference for practitioners to share a common understanding of how edtech can redefine learning, teaching and assessment. It will also facilitate the evaluation of teachers' level of competency, while guiding them on how to develop further. The ultimate goal is to promote learner centred environments and activities that will enhance learners' engagement and encourage students to take ownership of their own learning.
