This is an Award Notice for the provision of merchant payment gateway services to process financial card transactions. It is mandatory to provide a high level of integration, automation, flexibility, self -service and DCC capabilities for Recurring card payment. There must not be any limitations around frequency or fixing timing of payments. An automatic retry of failed payments is required.
