Overview

Highways England are proposing to put in place a new category management Pavement Delivery Framework that will provide supply and services for our Operations Directorate of Materials, Plant and Labour to carry out surfacing and pavement construction operations including: bituminous and concrete repairs, surface restoration techniques, planing, paving, iron work adjustment and renewal, Cold Applied Ultra-Thin Surfacing (CAUTS), hydraulically bound mixtures, in-situ and ex-situ recycling, footway surfacing and asphalt kerbing, temporary work, provision of welfare facilities, undertake Principal Contractor duties. The scope may also include emergency response.
