Overview
North Yorkshire County Council are seeking to award a contract for the provision of a Passenger Transport System. The councils Passenger Transport and Home to School Transport Teams use an in-house developed system (PARIS) to support much of the work they do. This was built over 20 years ago using Oracle development tools and has been continually developed during that time; however, it is becoming increasingly difficult to support and further develop for a number of different reasons.
