Leicester City Council seeks to appoint a contractor via a design and build contract to undertake demolition of existing buildings (including retail units, ancillary buildings, outdoor leisure facilities and boundary treatments), and construct 50 exemplar residential dwellings (20x houses, 24x flats); convert a locally listed building to 6 supported living flats (Class C3); and create a public open space.
