The works are to carry out the refurbishment of the office space at Beaumont Way offices and some refurbishment within the library area. The property sits adjacent to the Beaumont Leys shopping centre. It is 2 stories in part and houses the Beaumont Leys Library and also offers separate office accommodation. To maximise space on the first floor the internal partitioning and offices are to be removed and the whole floor (including toilets) are to be refurbished.
