Overview

The Council aims to contract with suppliers to provide and maintain a high quality, responsive arboricultural (tree) maintenance service for the whole City. The framework agreement contracts resulting from this procurement will commence on 1st April 2027. This procurement project will go through three stages, and this notice initially invites suppliers to participate in stage - 1 Invitation to Participate (ITP). The submission deadline for this stage is: 12pm 1st June 2026. Only suppliers that pass stage 1 will proceed to stage 2 - Onsite Assessment and only suppliers that pass stage 2 will be able to participate in stage 3 - Invitation to Tender.
