Staffordshire Moorlands District Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified team to undertake the analysis of responses received from the two rounds of public engagement consultations, in respect to the SMDC Local Plan. This commission is required to support the timely delivery of the new Staffordshire Moorlands Local Plan which will be subject to two rounds of public engagement before being submitted to the Secretary of State in Spring 2018.
