P2297 - JNC Job Evaluation for Equal Pay Programme

There is a requirement by Birmingham City Council for a Consultant for JNC Job Evaluation for the Equal Pay Programme. The Council is seeking consultancy support in determining and then implementing an appropriate job evaluation methodology, revised grade structure, and job family modelling system for those roles in Grades B01, B02, B03, B04, Grade 6 and Grade 7 within Birmingham City Council, non-teaching roles in Schools, Birmingham Children's Trust (BCT), and Acivico.
