All interpretation services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year and are requested / accessed by a professional on behalf of the service user. This service does not include Deaf/Deafblind interpreting which will be tendered separately. The services covered by this procurement have been sub-divided into two Lots: Lot 1 - Face to Face Language Interpreting. Lot 2 - Telephone interpreting.
