Oxford Railway Station Masterplan

Oxford City Council, on behalf of the Project Board , is seeking to procure the services of an exceptional multidisciplinary team to produce a concept Masterplan, ideally to RIBA Stage 2 for Oxford train station and surrounding sites. As the intention is that the Masterplan may be later adopted as an SPD, the evidence-base and consultation, must be to a standard that allows this .
