The OTLA programme draws together the Education and Training Foundation's activity to support practitioners to improve and develop their practice. The two aims of the OTLA programme include to: 1). improving the quality of teaching, learning and assessment in the FE and training sector and 2). supporting increased professionalism for practitioners in the sector.
