Outsourced Patient Transport/Transfer Services

Kent community health NHS foundation trust provides a range of community service interventions/treatments to patients in their own homes, this includes patients who due to health complications have restricted mobility, or are bed bound, preventing them from transferring safely from bed to chair or bed to bed. To optimise the care provided to these patients there is a requirement to provide medical beds and mattresses to ensure that the patient remains safe during this period of care, including support to help the clinicians, patient and family manage in end of life care.
