Outdoor Kiosks Catering Contract

We are seeking a first-class operator to deliver a high quality catering service from the outdoor kiosks in Hyde Park, St James's Park, The Green Park and Victoria Tower Gardens that matches the horticultural excellence of these world-class parks. It is expected that the operator will have extensive experience of managing a year-round kiosk operation where unplanned fluctuations in business caused by weather or other factors is fully understood. Substantial upfront investment will be required. The appointed operator will design, build and operate ten bespoke freestanding kiosks and six mobiles in addition to managing three fixed kiosks.
