Scope of Requirement: The University of Sheffield are looking to replace the existing Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) within the castings group of the AMRC. The conduct melting of a wide variety of alloys and hence the machine must be suitable for the analysis of a large number of different alloys. Accuracy of the instrument is considered paramount, with the results frequently being used in high value research activities.…
