Operational implementation for Reform

This requirement is to deliver a new approach to implementing Reform changes, following Reform reset decisions by the Secretary of State. This new approach will: - take account of lessons learned from implementation over the last 3 years - ensure better Operational preparedness - provide an approach to embedding change beyond the main implementation activity, including the significant behavioural and cultural change required by HMCTS.
