Overview
The DPS will be divided into appropriate lots of work. Each contract will involve the landscape Supplier acting as Main Supplier for the purpose of complying with the CDM Regulations 2015 where applicable. There will be an initial setup Phase of the DPS, inviting Suppliers to participate. Suppliers admitted onto the DPS will be offered opportunities to tender for individual contracts in the form of further competitions throughout the term of the DPS. Suppliers are only entitled to participate in further competitions under the DPS after they have been both formally notified that they are successful and their name has been added to the DPS Supplier list.
