Overview

The works will consist of the Open Space Maintenance to all open space areas in accordance with the maintenance schedule of grassed areas, rough grassed areas, shrub beds, isolated trees and woodland in accordance with the maintenance schedule (Priced Section). The cutting period will be from April to October annually for each year and the winter maintenance from November to March. Generally, within the six geographical lots of the framework (Scotland wide) but may include any other geographical areas in future after new build developments.
