NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB), previously NHS Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG and NHS Portsmouth CCG) sought a solution which will allow Patients/Service Users/Proxies to request and receive support relating to healthcare concerns, at a time and place convenient for them. The process was undertaken as a "Further Competition Off Catalogue" via the NHS Digital - Digital First Online Consultation and Video Consultation (DFOCVC) framework.
