Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide one to one tuition services. The council is seeking to establish a multiple supplier framework agreement to deliver one to one tuition services for children and young people under the care of the local authority. This may include targeted and tailored one to one, paired or small group support. This framework is intended to make procuring services quick, simple and cost effective.
