Orbit is looking to procure a Financial Capability Support Service from a high quality provider that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit customers. Orbit currently provides access to specialist money advice to around 1000 customers (tenants). We have a commissioned national partnership with a debt advice provider so customers can access crisis debt management through telephone, online and webchat support independently.
