We are looking to outsource out Comms Studio and we are looking for facilities that include the following:- - 25 square metres (current studio is 5.9m x 4.15m excluding the storage cupboards opposite) - sound-proof studio to ambient noise level of 20dB or less, including wall-mounted sound attenuation panels (that we can provide) - access-controlled door to studio (specific sizing to allow bulky items to be moved in & out) - independently and manually controlled lighting (no motion-sensitive activation) - secure storage area within the room that has no floor panels to enable flight case roll-in, with shelving from shoulder height to ceiling - floor boxes (double power) in secure stora…
