Oaklands Primary Academy (Phase 1)

The proposed works are the design and construction of a new build single storey block to provide 3Nr classrooms, Resource/Break out space, Plant room, all together with associated external works at the site known as Oaklands Primary Academy, Oaklands Lane, Biggin Hill, Westerham, Kent TN16 3DN. The contractor's works will include completion of the detailed design beyond RIBA Stage 4 and construction under the JCT Design & Build 2016 form of contract.
