The Council has a requirement to procure a legal services framework consisting of our (4 Lots, covering a range of legal services to act as an extension to the in-house legal team. The intention is to utilise and call-upon the legal firms appointed to the framework agreement at times when: - There is insufficient resource within the in-house team; - The project and/or requirement relates to a specialist and complex requirement, which is unique and would be best with a specialist legal firm with the resource to fulfil the requirement; and - Where the risk outweighs the potential cost of seeking the advice.
