Overview
The Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre (Creative PEC), which is hosted by Newcastle University, and CoSTAR Foresight Lab, which is based at Goldsmiths University of London, will establish a multi-wave longitudinal business survey to track firm behaviours and performance in the creative industries, and to understand the adoption and impact of advanced media technologies. The survey will be known publicly as the Creative Business Panel and referred to as the 'study' in the remainder of this document. This tender seeks bids to develop, manage and deliver the study.
