(NU/1765) - Cleaning Services for Student Accommodation

The University has a number of accommodation sites that are used throughout the year by a variety of customers e.g. i. students during the academic year ii. conference and event delegates, Great North Run participants etc. during the summer vacation. Time is of the essence as often there is very little time where cleaning can take place other than when in between terms and in the summer. The scope of this ITT is to establish a framework agreement, with between 5 and 10 Contractors, for the supply of cleaning services for student accommodation.
