Overview

Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH) wishes to invite tenders for a new build contractor framework to deliver new build housing and commercial property. The framework will be for a period of four years and will be divided in to three lots. The aim of the framework is to deliver a minimum of 100 new build residential units a year, plus a small number of commercial properties to meet the need of individual schemes.The framework is divided in to the following lots: Lot 1 - schemes of 1 to 3 units Lot 2 - schemes of 4 to 10 units Lot 3 - schemes of 11 units or more
