Northamptonshire County Council - Weight Management Framework

Northamptonshire County Council Public Health is procuring a framework with the intention of providing service users the ability to direct award / select the provider which best suits their individual needs. The Provider(s) shall establish and deliver a 12 session programme within a 15-week window of evidence-based support for people to reduce and continue to manage their weight. This must include weekly coaching support and where necessary be suitable for groups of people with a variety of additional needs.
