NLB HQ REFURBISHMENT PROJECT

Upgrade and Refurbishment of NLB Head Office covering -Undertake substantial upgrades of the electrical installations to the building together with a number of internal alterations to update and reconfigure the internal accommodation. -The IT sever room will be relocated from Basement to the First floor to provide a new IT facility. Toilet accommodation will be augmented with new facilities across a number of floors, with associated alterations to water and drainage and mechanical services. -Internal alterations and redecoration will be undertaken to improve working office and meeting room space, predominantly across the upper floors also.
