NHS Wakefield CCG are seeking to commission additional providers to apply for this any qualified provider (AQP) tender process, subject to demonstrating compliance and competency against the specified criteria outlined in the specification, the successful provider(s) will deliver an Enhanced Optical Service to patients registered with a NHS Wakefield CCG GP Practice. Provider(s) will be expected to sign the standard NHS contract, accepting all terms and conditions. The current contract for existing providers commenced on 1 April 2021.
