Overview
Hampshire Country Council Public Health and the Isle of Wight (IOW) Public Health team are seeking to procure an exciting new service to deliver the NHS Health Check catch-up programme. This catch-up service is required due to the backlog of residents not invited for an NHS Health Check during the Covid-19 Pandemic. NHS Health Checks are currently provided in Hampshire and the IOW through general practice, however not all practices are able to restart the programme and/or deliver catch-up of those outstanding over the pandemic period.
