The London Borough of Newham is seeking to appoint a Provider that is able to provide Community Bereavement Care Service to support bereaved individuals, anticipating grief reactions and providing a variety of interventions to minimise the degree to which these effects impact on their life, health and relationships - enabling them to adapt, adjust and cope with life without the person who has died. The Service will help support people with their grief, to minimise the negative effect it has on them.
