This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to provide advance warning and awareness of an upcoming tender LHC Procurement Group (acting as the central purchasing body for the Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA)) intend to issue to establish a framework agreement for the construction of new build housing projects. The framework will replace the current Housing Construction North Wales Framework Agreement (H1NW) currently available from WPA and run alongside the Housing Construction South Wales DPS (HCSw DPS) The current H1NW product is currently in extension period and expires in January 2025, and whilst the HCSWa DPS is being utilised for the SE/SW and Mid Wales region, there is still an appetit…
