LHC is re-procuring its NH framework for offsite housing for the public sector. The primary aim of the frameworkis to deliver housing, apartments, multi-occupancy buildings including care homes, sheltered accommodationand student accommodation. The framework will be open for use by all public sector organizations including local authorities and registeredproviders.
