New Build Single Storey Community Hall

The Birstall Parish Council requires the full design and construction of a new single storey Community Hall facility in Hallam Fields Walk Birstall Leicester. The Employer requires that the appointed Principal Contractor takes full responsibility for the design and construction of the facility through to practical completion. The construction works are to be completed and the finished building ready for occupation by the Client on the date of practical completion.
