Overview
Cardiff Council is aiming to establish and host a Neutral Vendor Managed Service (NVMS) Framework for use by all UK Public Sector Clients (Potential Customers). Following the successes of services currently procured via Lot 11 of the South East Wales Technical and Professional Services Framework (SEWTAPS), the requirements will separated into a standalone NVMS Framework. The NVMS provider will support potential customers requirements for consultancy professionals / projects through un-bias management of their supply chain.
