Network Services Support

Support for network infrastructure from past internet router at each IO. Support predominantly to be delivered remotely, but onsite support may be required. Scope of the support excludes the internet connection and associated router providing it, but covers all infrastructure past the router. Supplier must establish a remote monitoring capabiility for the IICSA's network infrastructure in all of the IO's via the implementation of secure site to site VPN connectivity between the supplier operations centre and the various IICSA sites.
