Overview

South Lakes Housing (SLH) are tendering for an Employers Agent (EA) and Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support the delivery of a 100% affordable housing scheme on the site known as 'Nelson Street' in Lancaster City Centre. After securing this project through a competitive tender led by the Lancaster City Council (LCC) in 2023, SLH aims to develop 49 high-quality Passivhaus homes for both affordable rent and shared ownership. The role of the EA and QS will be to act as a key representative of the Client and will provide project management, contract administration, and quality and cost assurance services in line with the RICS Scope of Services for a Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent Services.
