The London Borough of Newham (LBN) is inviting expressions of interest in the upcoming procurement of their Neighbourhood Care Pilot Evaluation (link provided below). The pilot will be based on some of the care model principles of Buurtzorg, a Dutch district nursing company. The LBN pilot will consist of three small autonomous teams of up to 12 care workers located in three neighbourhoods and run for 12 months. Care workers have flexibility in how much time they allocate to each resident on a given visit.
