The Framework is intended to provide Public Sector Contracting Authorities with access to suitably qualified Development Partners capable of supporting projects across the full development lifecycle. The Framework is expected to support: early-stage feasibility and pre-development activities, developer-led delivery of public sector assets, and long-term regeneration and investment partnerships.
