Overview
Instrumented Nano-indentation is a powerful tool in characterisation of mechanical properties of materials from metal, ceramic to polymer composites. The new system will be table top instrumented nano-indentation equipment, and will be installed in temperature controlled semi-basement room with (mapped) seismic vibration levels adequately low for the use of such equipment.
