This procurement will enable the MCA to carry out a discovery and alpha exercise to explore how Ship Owners/Operators and Third-Party Ship Personnel and Management Organisations carry out their business through the MyMCA Platform. To date, the concept of MyMCA has addressed the user needs for Seafarers and how they apply for their Certificate of Competency (CoC) as well as how Short Course Providers and MCA Approved doctors integrate with MyMCA as part of that process.
